After your project has been approved your projects information will be arranged in an online portal which you will have access to 24/7 showing updated progress pictures, schedules, and cost incurred on the project. At this point contracts will be issued to all subcontractors and the schedule will be finalized.

Here’s where your projects transformation begins! Our skilled employees and subcontractors get to work, demolition is completed, all applicable permits are filed, and the remodeling begins! We handle all the heavy lifting, ensuring each detail is executed to perfection. Throughout this process you will have a regularly scheduled meeting with our project manager who will update you on schedule, budget items, and upcoming payments to ensure a smooth and transparent project process.
